How is Covid-19 Changing DKA?

Even though year 2020 is one we would rather not repeat, some positive changes have been developed at D.K. Arndt which will make it more convenient for our clients to have their tax and accounting needs met while still keeping social distancing in mind.

First, is the access to the personal portal of “NetClient”. This is a secure online portal that a client or us can safely upload information to share back and forth. It is an option available to all clients to ask us about it if you’re interested!

Secondly, is the drastic decrease in “in person” appointments. For your health and ours, we will be continuing to limit these. Instead, you may drop your information off, upload it to NetClient, or mail it to us. We will contact you by phone or through a video conference to discuss questions.

Finally, you will notice drop boxes available in Garner, Forest City, and Lake Mills to help limit direct contact if you are in a vulnerable health group and want to drop your information off. In Belmond, we have shields in place so you can safely step in to drop your information off or pick it up.
